Orders may not always be modified or canceled once production has begun, as each item is prepared specifically for the customer who placed the order.

3. Product Presentation

However:

• Lighting conditions and paper texture may influence how the final print appears

These variations are normal and do not affect the integrity of the artwork.

4. Intellectual Property

All map designs, images, and artwork remain the intellectual property of the creator.

Purchasing a product does not transfer copyright ownership.

Artwork may not be reproduced, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes without permission.

Digital downloads are provided for personal use only.

5. Returns and Refunds

Each map is prepared individually for the customer who placed the order.

For this reason, returns or exchanges are generally not offered for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect size selection
• Personal preference after delivery

If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

We will review the situation carefully and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

We are not responsible for:

• Delivery delays caused by shipping carriers
• Customs processing delays in destination countries
