All maps in this store are prepared individually for each order and are made to order.
Because of this, returns or exchanges are generally not offered for reasons such as:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect size selection
• Personal preference after delivery
Since each item is prepared specifically for the customer who placed the order, returns for resale are usually not possible.
That said, we believe fairness matters more than rigid rules.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with:
• Your order number
• Clear photos showing the issue
Photos help us review the situation quickly and work with our production partner to resolve the issue.
After reviewing the situation, we will offer a replacement or a refund, depending on what is most appropriate.
If something doesn’t feel right
Even if your situation doesn’t fit neatly into the cases above, you are still welcome to contact us.
We review each situation with care and understanding.
If a refund or replacement feels like the most fair and reasonable outcome, we will do our best to make things right.

Digital products
Due to the nature of digital downloads, refunds are generally not possible once files have been downloaded.
However, if you experience a genuine technical issue with the files, please contact us and we will gladly help resolve the problem.
Refund processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
