All physical prints are produced on demand after an order is placed.
Each piece is made specifically for you to ensure quality and reduce unnecessary waste.
Production time
• Production typically takes 2–4 business days before shipping.
We take this time to make sure each print meets our quality standards.
Because each item is made after an order is placed, orders cannot always be modified or canceled once production has started.

All prints are produced and shipped from our U.S. production partner.
This approach helps:

Estimated delivery times
After production, estimated delivery times are:
• United States: 3–4 business days
• Europe: 6–10 business days
• Canada & Australia: 8–12 business days
• Other regions: 8–20 business days
These are estimates and may occasionally vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak seasons.
Shipping costs
We offer free worldwide shipping on all physical map prints.
The final price shown at checkout already includes shipping costs.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Orders are shipped using Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) when available.
This means customs duties and import taxes are handled during checkout, and customers normally do not need to pay additional fees upon delivery.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details, when available.
Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.
Address accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
If a package is delayed or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply.
