What is a 3D relief map?

A 3D relief map is a 2D visual representation of terrain elevation.
Landforms such as mountains, valleys, and plateaus are shaded and rendered to create a sense of depth, based on real-world elevation data.


Is this a physical 3D object or a 3D model file?

These maps are 2D printed images designed to create a three-dimensional appearance through light, shadow, and elevation shading.

They are not physical sculpted objects and do not include 3D model files.


Are these maps printed or digital?

This store offers physical printed maps only.

High-resolution digital map files are offered separately and are not sold through this store.


Are the maps made to order?

Yes. Each map is created individually for each order.

This allows us to focus on clarity, consistency, and careful handling rather than mass production.


Do you keep products in stock?

No. Maps are not pre-stocked or held in inventory.
Each order is prepared specifically for the customer who placed it.


Will the printed map look exactly like the preview?

The overall design, layout, and composition will match the preview.

Minor differences in color tone or contrast may occur due to screen calibration and the nature of physical printing. These variations are normal and do not affect the integrity of the artwork.


How long does production take?

Preparation and production typically take 2–4 business days before shipping.


How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link.
You can also check your order status using the link provided in your confirmation email.


Do you accept custom map requests?

Custom map requests are considered on a limited basis.

If you have a specific location or idea in mind, feel free to reach out.
If it’s something we can approach with care and clarity, we’ll let you know.


Can I return or exchange my order?

Because each map is prepared individually, returns or exchanges are generally not offered for reasons such as change of mind or incorrect size selection.

If your order arrives damaged or with a production issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Photos or a short video taken while opening the package help us resolve the issue more quickly.

• We review each case carefully and do our best to offer a fair replacement or refund.

Customer peace of mind is more important than forcing a transaction.
